Physical items can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery. You pay the return postage unless the item arrived damaged. A download cannot be returned once it has been opened.

What can be returned
- Physical items, unused, within 14 days of delivery. The customer pays return postage.
- Damaged items. Say so in the request and keep the packaging.
- A download cannot be returned once it has been opened.
