Accessibility
The site should stay usable when you change it
You can change how this site looks
AUTIGENCE aims to meet WCAG 2.2. This page says what you can change today, and what is still limited.
You can change text, colours, motion, and wording. This page also says what is still limited.
This statement describes the current build. It is not a formal accessibility audit or a legal certificate.
Change it yourself
Open Accessibility in the top bar. You can set text size, high contrast, light or dark appearance, motion, and simpler wording. The choice is saved in this browser.
What we have built in
- Pages work with a keyboard. Focus is visible.
- The menu, chat, and settings open as dialogs that can be closed with Escape.
- Links and buttons have text, not colour alone.
- Photos have text descriptions.
- Guides can be read aloud with your device voice, where the browser allows it.
- Forms use visible labels and text error messages.
- There is no autoplaying audio or video.
Known limits
- This release has not had a full independent screen-reader audit.
- Read aloud depends on the device. Some browsers will not speak.
- The site is in English only.
- Live chat can answer from this site and pass a message to a person. A person is available only when staff mark themselves available.
- Accounts keep orders and a delivery address. Accessibility preferences stay in this browser and do not follow you to another device.
Languages
This release is in English. More languages are planned with the global directory and shop, so translations are not half-finished pages. The English link in the top bar comes here.
Accounts
Login allows password managers and paste. It does not use a puzzle or a memory test to prove you are human. That follows the idea in WCAG 2.2 accessible authentication: do not add extra cognitive barriers without a real need.
If something blocks you, use the contact form and choose “Accessibility of this website”.
