About

A platform, not only a brochure

More than a brochure

AUTIGENCE is being built for autistic people, families, carers, educators, and organisations that want practical, respectful information.

Two adults talk across a kitchen table with tea and pink flowers.
People compare notes. AUTIGENCE does not speak over them.

Mission

Help autistic people, families, and the professionals around them find trustworthy information, practical support, and useful everyday tools, without noise or overclaiming.

Help people find clear autism information, practical support, and useful tools.

Vision

A global platform that holds information, support, community, products, learning, events, and local services in one calm place. This website is the first piece of that platform.

One calm place for information, support, community, products, learning, events, and local services. This website is the first piece.

Story

AUTIGENCE is being built because autism information is often scattered, sales pages often promise too much, and support is hard to tell apart from advertising. The site has clear pages, guides, and a shop that describes products as tools. Community, the directory, and events open when they can be run properly.

Values

  • Respect. Autistic children and adults are the point, not a theme.
  • Respect autistic children and adults.
  • Clarity. Short routes, plain language, and no hidden surprises in the navigation.
  • Be clear. Keep the navigation in the same place.
  • Honesty. Say what is information, what is a product, and what is not medical advice.

  • Access. The site should work with a keyboard, a screen reader, and a calmer visual setting.

  • Safety. Community and chat need limits, especially where people may be vulnerable.
  • Keep people safe in chat and community.

Support

Live chat

No support person is marked available right now. You can still ask, and a person will see the message. This is not an emergency service.
